Most hotel franchises mandate that properties use some sort of a welcome or login page that users will see before accessing the Internet.  When you outsource your RADIUS and Captive Portal services, most of the time, the company providing the service for you brands THEIR company name on the page.  We do not require ANY co-branding*.  You can even customize the HotLinks on each page as well as the rotating images on the page.

Our secure portal system allows you to monitor the usage of your network, track and block users disrupting the network due to a computer virus or illicit activity, and provide you with a report each month detailing the usage of your system.  Additionally, our system provides a real-time report of revenue collected that can be exported into a spreadsheet or PDF file.

Our prices are much lower than the national competitors because we do not manage your networks for you--we give you complete control over them.  Who else is better equipped to manage your networks than the company who takes care of them?

ResortSupport allows us to provide High-Speed Internet Service to your clients as a free amenity or bill them through our secure web portal.  This feature will allow you to generate an additional revenue stream.  You can also customize the billing by the minute, hour, day, week, month or year--It's totally up to you!
